Is bulk email legal in India?
Sending marketing email to people who have agreed to receive it, with a clear unsubscribe link and honest sender details, is standard practice. We only send to opted-in contacts and never use bought lists.
Why do my emails go to spam?
Common causes are a domain without SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, bought or old lists, spam complaints and spammy content. Gmail and Yahoo also set rules for bulk senders from February 2024, including authentication and easy unsubscribe. We fix these before sending.
Which email platform do you use?
We work with popular platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo and Zoho Campaigns, and can use the one you already pay for. For everyday business email, Tech Guru’s GoMailbox is also available.
Do you provide a bulk email service provider account?
We set up and manage the sending platform for you. The platform subscription is usually in your name, so you own your list and data.
How often should I send emails?
